We want you and your pet to love your Fur Real Fashion purchase!

In-stock items: We accept returns of unused, unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Preorder items: Because preorder items are ordered especially for you, preorder sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, change of mind, or other preference-related reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
